About our services...
Our personal training begins with a comprehensive assessment, which identifies muscular movement and imbalance issues. After these are corrected, balance and core stability are enhanced in preparation for further training. From there, you chose your destination and we'll help you get there.
Personal training follows the Optimum Performance Training model endorsed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This model allows for development in all aspects of physical fitness. Contact us or see their website for additional details about the OPT model.
